AIPHSS Program is a partnership program between the Government of Australia and the Government of Indonesia focusing on strengthening of health financing systems & capacity building of health human resources in order to improve access to and quality of basic health services. AIPHSS Program is managed directly by the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Health at National level and through Provincial/District Health Offices at sub national level.
