The Program has four component objectives:
The Ministry of Health (MoH) Provincial and District Health Offices are better able to fulfill a stewardship responsibility to analyse and use information for regulation, policy and planning.
The Ministry of Health (MoH), Provincial and District Health Offices in AIPHSS intervention areas are able to manage and monitor health finances to support the policy, planning and implementation of health services
The Ministry of Health (MoH), Provincial and District Health Offices in AIPHSS intervention areas are able to analyse Human Resources (HR) performance information
Puskesmas staff in AIPHSS intervention areas is able to deliver quality primary health care services to improve the health status of the poor family
AIPHSS is managed by Coffey, a Tetra Tech company, on behalf of the Australian Government
